The Small Biz Pathfinders Founder

Spencer Crandall

Spencer leverages his diverse career background in entrepreneurship and leadership to assist small business owners in improving the direction and performance of their businesses. Having owned a wildly successful brick-and-mortar retail store, Spencer understands small business, provides strategic guidance across many facets, and develops and implements practical business tactics.

His approach of asking many questions first and taking action second has resulted in success in various industries, including retail shops, consumer products, and food companies. When working with Spencer clients find someone who values the business owner’s unique approach combined with a discerning eye towards how to improve upon what they have built.

Working from his home office, just south of Portland, means Spencer meets clients locally and often on Zoom, saving time and emissions (and flying to Ireland could take just a bit of time). He has honed his skills in time management and communication while being a husband, father of two, homeowner and business owner. It is incredible how much parents can do every minute and squeeze as much as value as possible into it!
