BENEFITS OF BUSINESS COACHING

Business coaching helps small business owners, founders, and leaders find the right direction to achieve revenue and growth faster. Here are some common questions clients and prospects have asked me. Feel free to reach out with further questions.

Common Questions Answered

What is the difference between a business coach, advisor, mentor, or consultant?

There is a blurry line here because of a fair amount of crossover between these roles. In some cases someone who calls themselves one could also do elements of the other. As far as Momentum Maker Coaching+, I wear my coach hat most of the time, but then also put on advisor and consultant hats when needed. My advisor hat gives you insight into strategy around long term growth, operations and finance, and my consulant hat brings you business services such as online store development, setting up a CRM, JotForm implementation, automation and more.

So, what exactly is a coach then?

A business coach is sort of like a sports coach, helping business owners and leaders gain clarity and set goals through guided questioning, discussions and accountability. A coach has done their job when a client feels empowered and in control of their business.

Why should I work with a coach?

The approach of a coach is to give you direction, motivation and accountability. We all need this from time to time to push forward. The value of Momentum Maker Coaching+ is that I have experience as a small business owner, so I have been in your shoes and I understand the personal (mindset) and practical (hard skills) approaches needed to succeed at business. The combination makes me an effective coach.
